More than 2,000 pallet positions were installed.
Our client, with more than a century of brewing experience, is not only one of the oldest breweries in the Baltic States, but also operates one of the most modern brewing facilities in the region. In pursuit of optimizing its warehouse operations, the company decided to invest in advanced storage solutions.
Our team successfully completed the project by installing more than 2,000 pallet locations designed for storing tall and heavy beverage pallets. To maximize warehouse space utilization, we implemented two types of racking systems – Drive-In and Push-Back.
Drive-In racking provides up to 80% warehouse space utilization, as no additional aisles are required between racks. This system is especially suitable for storing large volumes of homogeneous products.
Push-Back racking was selected for its efficiency in storing fast- and medium-moving goods. It allows different product types to be stored on each storage level, while forklift operators can work more efficiently since there is no need to drive directly into the racking system.
This project will help the client manage its logistics operations even more efficiently, while maintaining high productivity and optimizing storage space.
